Further Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development layouts for the financier's private tropical island included in the released materials.

Furthermore included in this new document drop is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.

You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section detailing distinct parts of the land.

Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, including plans for dock shelters.

Additional images disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional process.
